The idea is that when you summarize the plot of a book that has affected you, you will inevitably create a narrator, who might turn out to be an interesting fictional character in his or her own right.  The posts I have contributed have been written with that in mind. That is they seek to use plot summary as a medium for creating fictional narrators.

As for me, I’m James Lewelling, actual person and fiction writer. A print version of my first novel, This Guy, was first published by Spuyten Duyvil in 2006. A print version of my second novel, Tortoise,  was published by Calamari Press in 2008.  My short fiction has appeared in a variety of print and online venues including: elimae, Anemone SidecarThe Evergreen Review, Word Riot, Cafe Irreal, Fence, Proliferations, Black Ice and the Cream City Review.

I have recently re-published This Guy as an e book at Smashwords.com.
